Terms of Service

These terms govern services bought from Phguru Integrated Services Limited (RC 9862409) through phguru.ng or under a separate written agreement. Where a signed project agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Orders and quotations
An order placed through the store is a request, not a contract. We confirm the scope, delivery date and final price in writing before any payment is taken. A contract exists once you accept that written confirmation and the first payment is received.
Prices and payment
- Prices listed on the site apply to the scope described. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and agreed before it is built.
- You may pay in full, or pay fifty percent to begin with the balance due at handover. Larger builds run in stages, each stage payable before it starts.
- Naira payments are processed by Paystack. International payments are invoiced through Payoneer or by bank transfer.
- Third party costs, including domain fees, hosting, app store developer accounts, software licences and equipment, are billed at cost as separate lines.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content, brand assets, approvals and access in reasonable time, and to name one person who can make decisions. Delivery dates assume that cooperation. Where a project is delayed by more than thirty days waiting on materials from you, we may reschedule it around other committed work.
Revisions
Each item includes the revision rounds stated on its store card or in its quotation. Further revisions are charged at our standard rate, agreed with you before the work is done.
Ownership
On full payment, ownership of the delivered work passes to you, including source files and the source code written for your project. Domains, hosting accounts and email accounts are registered in your name or transferred to you at handover. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries and templates, and the right to display the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Refunds and cancellation
- Before work begins, a cancelled order is refunded in full, less any third party costs already incurred on your instruction.
- Once work has begun, deposits cover work already done and are not refundable, but you receive everything produced up to that point.
- Where a stage has been paid for and not yet started, that stage is refundable in full.
- Equipment and licensed software are governed by the supplier's own return policy.
Support and warranty
Every build includes a support window stated in its quotation, during which defects in our work are fixed at no charge. A defect means the work not doing what the agreed scope said it would. New requests, content changes and third party breakages are not defects and are quoted separately or covered by a care plan.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, or for failures of third party services outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are to be settled first by discussion, and failing that in the courts of Rivers State.
